Good people to work with. Benefits better than most.

Cons

Too many VP's. Most don't have clue what it takes to make things work. They cut people and budgets for five straight years then anounce in meetings that are suprised how fragile the infrastructures are. Lot of talk about investing in company but all that seems to be going to "offshore" workers who dont understand applications. US workers left to pick up the pieces and get the flack. VP's not accountable, CYA is the process, blame some other group.

Advice to Senior Management

SCRUM proccess is not working. It is destroying the products.
