Ceridian – “Ceridian is a good company but current management is making changes.”

Pros

There is alot of flexibility with your schedule and the benefits are great. They want you to enjoy coming to work.

Cons

The current CEO is downsizing and sending work overseas to cut expenses but is not considering the customer service that is given by the US workers.

Advice to Senior Management

Cutting cost by eliminating staff does affect how you can service your customers and my affect the bottom line in the end by lost customers.
