“Excellent company to learn and grow from...to a point”
Current Employee – been working at Ceridian
Pros – Benefits are excellent, work life balance is good, ability to infuse creativity and lead initiatives is there for the ambitious and driven employee.
Cons – Compensation is not as robust as it could be and seriously impacts the quality of talent that makes it through the door.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to look at ways to innovate and bring differentiation to our clients. Ceridian employees have always been a powerhouse of creativity and will stop at nothing to ensure the customer experience is the top priority. Harness this energy and good things will happen.
