Looking for challenging work?

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Kansas City, MO

ProsCerner provides a highly challenging body of work & gives its associates opportunities to innovate, create & engage in meaningful work. Cerner associates are some of the best colleagues with whom I've ever worked.

ConsThe quality of leadership is often poor. Recognizing & developing high potential talent is notable strength. An atmosphere of ambiguity can be distracting.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake strong, excellent leadership a priority.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
