I worked at Cerner full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Cerner provides a highly challenging body of work & gives its associates opportunities to innovate, create & engage in meaningful work. Cerner associates are some of the best colleagues with whom I've ever worked.

Cons

The quality of leadership is often poor. Recognizing & developing high potential talent is notable strength. An atmosphere of ambiguity can be distracting.
