Pros

it is a reputable company with a lot of opportunity to learn and decent benefits

Cons

if you are in consulting and you do not want to travel, or travel as little as possible it will hinder your career advancement.

Advice to Senior Management

Upper level managment, interact more, solicitate more feedback from the trenches
