    I worked at Cerner full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good learning experience.benefits are decent. Opens many doors especially if you take initiative and learn. Good for go-getters and those wanting to be in a leadership role.

    Cons

    I would say that the biggest downside is the lack of adequate training. An employee is often thrown out to the wolves and must "fake it until they make it".
