    Pros

Company hires gives recent college graduates an opportunity for employment. They recruit at many colleges and are constantly looking for ways to improve their systems.

    Cons

At least in revenue cycle division, its very "clickish" unless your one of the chosen ones they treat the workers like high school kids, it's like working in a library, no talking, don't leave your desk except to use the restroom it's very constricting. They expect the employees to come in early and work late for peanuts. While they seem to rake in a lot of money it rarely gets passed on to the employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When a group brings in millions of dollars in a quarter you don't reward the eight employees with a $20.00 WalMart gift card.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great experience working in a fast-paced ever-changing industry.

    Cons

Don't compensate as well as they could and it makes using them as a "stepping stone" in switching to a more lucrative position with another company.
