Waste of time

Pros: Opportunity to learn things by yourself. Cons: Bad Management, No strategies for training new software associates, Unpleasant… Advice to Senior Management: Change strategies to train new associates. Hiring and firing is… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

I worked at Cerner full-time for more than a year


Pros: The PRO's were the Benefits Cons: Everything other than benefits. Expect to work 48-60hrs a week. They pay for 40, but expect 48 or else.… Advice to Senior Management: Just because someone has worked there for a long time, doesn't mean they have management qualities. Make sure the Potential Manager has people skills, knows… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
