Please think before Joining this Company, If you don't have anything else other than going to Consultance then only join

ProsThe only good thing about Cerner is Good campus

Cons-No job security people are removed from training even if you work hard
-I have seen people who have lost there jobs after joining 3 months
-People are removed every 2 weeks
-No proper managements

Advice to Senior Management-Think of the careers of international students who need to maintain there visa status
