    I worked at Cerner

    Pros

I must admit I learned a lot working at Cerner. The Employee Stock Purchase and Other Benefits are great. The one thing I can say about working here is I was never bored

    Cons

The hire people right out of college and thus they offer a great and competitive starting salary, but they don't do enough to keep that salary competitive after time. Also they amount of Hours they desire the Salary employee is over 45, and when I was there was typically in the 55+ range
