    Pros

A great place to work right out of college. Opportunity to learn how to deal with difficult people; whether they be your management, beauracracy, or clients. Exposure to different pieces of software and technology.

    Cons

Constantly trying squeze team sizes. Extremely difficult clients from the healthcare industry; most do not understand computers in general and software specifically is a challenge for them. This necessitates being more than a software consultant, rather you must be part lawyer when you have to remind them of their contracts constantly, and part parent when you have to learn to say 'no' too often. this understandably increases the difficulty and stress of the job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should focus on proven resources that make their job easier. Follow up on their word and do not promise improvement and not deliver.
