ProsYou get to be a self starter. You will learn from repetitions. They follow the law when it comes to breaks.

ConsWorking part-ime just doesn't give you a room for growth. So it's not really Chad's fault. The company treated me well.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe management was good to me. They had all the good intentions in the world. Training should be provided to new employees.
