Pros

The passion and expertise of the Chamberlain employees is excellent. Everyone was focused on creating an exceptional experience for students, and for surpassing academic standards.

Cons

The model for growth did not make sense. The pressure and strategy from DeVry's senior management for Chamberlain to expand to more markets was not realistic given the cost structure, competitive landscape, and regulatory hurdles. There are too many more affordable options for nursing students.

    Pros

Consistency with contracts and sessions offered but you can only teach a max of 26 credits a year. once you reach max credit, you can not teach til following year. leaves about 16 weeks of no teaching.

    Cons

No pay increase for adjunct faculty. I have been teaching for 5 years and the pay per credit hours has never increased.

    Advice to Management

Address pay scale. Give pay increase for exemplary faculty

    Pros

I love the opportunity to use my business development skills s well as working with students.

    Cons

No where for a non nursing person to advance within the company. The position is very important but not appreciation.

    Advice to Management

define career ladders that are appealing to every department.
