Current Employee - IT Technologist in Houston, TX

    Pros

Champion is OK company! Respected Work-Life Balance...

    Cons

Unstructured, do not have Change Management Board. Mid-managers in IT lack of IT work-experiences, Management Skills.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The Upper management should evaluate the scenarios inside the IT organization, to segregate the good /functional/skilled workers vs workers especially in mid-management that only know how to do is to play politics and blame game!
