I have been working at Champion Window

Pros – Champion is one of the best home improvement companies. Although, the products are priced high and not competitively. It is difficult to sale windows when you are the highest. They believe in the philosophy of doing less business for more money. Champion windows, doors and patio rooms are excellent, but in a struggling economy, many people are not spending the money for the quality. Sales training is excellent given people will actually listen and let you get through your presentation.

Cons – High prices of products plagues your closing percentage. Most other companies are cheaper, which means tough competition. Marketing for lead generation is poor.

Advice to Senior Management – Everything comes down to price in this day and age. That doesn't mean you have to be the cheapest, but being 100%-200% higher than other company does make sales difficult even with our products being the best.
