Pros

Half decent salary. Pretty view from their executive offices

Cons

Poor direction; Poor engagement with staff; poor Senior management; high staff turnover. Serious Senior management errors. Need to be part of the teflon team to progress. Serious debt levels to service.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Never mind the bonus, just get the business on track.

    Search within, look inside the organisation for talents. Stop being just sales oriented and concentrate more on the quality

    Decent money
    Strong client base
    Good facilities, branding bright but professional

    Cons

    Senior management engineering huge staff turnover
    IT systems poorly supported for an ICT recruitment company
    Endless politicisation of all communications and workflow
    Absolutely zero accountability from management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop talking for five seconds and listen to staff, clients, and candidates. Psychometric testing out of control and needs to be hauled in to ensure applicability to client contexts as opposed to management CYA. Encourage staff business development and limit coercive use of KPIs for quieting thoughtful questions on strategy from staff.
