career/growth opportunities in some departments are unclear
focus often on quantity/growth rather than quality

define growth opportunities more clearly and be honest and communicate if there are non in some cases

    Great Benefits, co-workers are great.

    Cons

    Corporate culture is one of high workload that is not possible to do w/out working long hours.

    Think about how many clients you assign per employee. It's too much.

    Pros

    Free Coffee and Beer
    Good location without a ton of traffic during commute
    Management only pushes the sales staff

    Cons

    A product that just doesn't work
    A culture that rewards you for ripping off customers and ignoring customer problems/complaints
    Management gets angry when you bring software/product problems to their attention

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fix the product so it actually works, then your employees won't have to deal with a million unhappy customers. Lose the "I don't care" attitude, and realize that your customers ARE your business.
