    Pros

You have to understand the business logic in depth. And then find the best way to create software that meets those requirements.

    Cons

The architecture is fairly fixed as is the user interface.

I worked at Charles River Development full-time

    Pros

    Intelligent product and engineering team.

    Cons

Open your mouth and you'll suffer the consequences, no room for intuitive thinking. If you're not a robot, don't come work here. CEO is pushing the firm into too many money losing verticals (CRD Brokerage) and straying away from it's core business lines. High turn over rate doesn't bode well. Over-charging for sloppy implementations has lost them credibility. Higher than expected client turn over due to poor relationship management and broken promises.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop governing by fear, embrace your talent and communicate with your team. Don't make promises you can't keep to your employees. PKL, stop suffocating your talent and try saying 'good job' for once.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
