Ability to ghost other departments within the company
Training and self improvement classes available

ConsReview of procedures can be a bit repetitive.
Training sometimes it not steered towards the department you work in

    Pros: Some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The feeling you're working for a company… Cons: Beware the reorg - they love to reorganize constantly.
