Morally bankrupt company that pays well because they have nothing else to offer.

Pros

The pay was competitive and the benefits are decent.

Cons

The schedule is brutal and all over the place. Management can do no wrong as long as the goals are met. It is a very unprofessional environment. The admissions process is a joke. Anyone with the proper documentation, willingness to make payments and a pulse can enroll.

Advice to Management

All management should sit through a rigorous HR training course. The directors can and will say whatever they feel is necessary to scare (not motivate) you into making the goal. I was not let go I left voluntarily because I wanted to work for a company with an ethical culture.

    Pros

Open door policy for management is in place and concerns do flow up the chain. Strong sense of "team" within the management group both locally and corporate.

    Cons

None - apart from the issue that all companies are facing - cost of medical benefits- there are no issues relevant to complain about. Very happy when I arrive in the morning to start my day and i look forward to the next day when I leave at night.

    Advice to Management

Keep the current flow up the chain in place.

    Pros

Pay was above average for online faculty

    Cons

Stop receiving courses because they started giving courses to ground faculty.

Suggestions ignored; supervisor appeared to not want to rock the boat. When I asked why we were required to do certain things, supervisor seemed to be afraid to ask anyone above her.

    Advice to Management

Won't help -- management has their own agenda.

No support with questions or issues.
