Pros

Often a great pay for the area. Technology was top notch. My particular manager was very easy to work with if there was family issues or anything else. I don't think this was a common trait amoung upper management. Commssion of rCSR and incentive programs were great, and technicians also had opportunities, very mucha make your own way mentality.

Cons

A very by the book approach that allowed no wiggle room in most cases. Company like most cable companies was so focused on the numbers and money that they over looked smaller details were they were bleeding money and didn't care about it.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay attention to the small details instead of the big numbers.
