Pros
Discounted services such as Cable, Internet, Telephone. Decent benefits. Overall - the internet is the best aspect of the job!
Cons
The leadership is terrible. The mid-level managers are all shopping buddies from previous employers. Employees are not consistently provided recognition for the job they do well, but HAMMERED when they fall short of ridiculous objectives. Charter wants it's telephone sales reps to sell on 40% of their calls, but put's a compensation plan together that does not promote doing what's best for the customer....
Advice to Senior Management
LISTEN TO THE EMPLOYEES IN THE TRENCHES....THE PEOPLE TAKING THE CALLS.......OR LISTEN TO THE CALLS AND WHAT THE CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING.....NOT ALWAYS WHAT THE ASSOCIATES ARE "MISSING"......
