Charter Communications Broadband Technical Specialist I in Louisville, KY:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Charter has the best atmosphere to work in regards to any other company that I have worked for. Everyday the leadership team does something to spice up the mood and make the monotony of answer the phone a little bit better. Special projects, and incentives boost not only performance it helps moral. These incentives range from you supervisor taking calls in your stead, to getting paid time off of the phones as well as mentoring other agents. However the best reason of all to work for Charter Communications, is the diversity and awareness that everyone bring when they walk through the doors. Plus, we have a fitness center, and stocked medicine cabinets with Advil,Tylenol, and Pepto.

Cons

Fluctuating economy and a garish media; for the fact that I am here to support our customer, not report our third quarter earning. If you need that you can go to money.cnn.com

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the hard work, I believe that this is only the beginning of a great upturn!
