The left hand know eith not what the right hand doith

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) Vancouver, WA

ProsStarting pay is 11:00. This is average for cable company call. Enters.

ConsEveryday your first obligation will be to see what changes have been made sine your last day here. Most of the time, something will have changed and you will be punished for not knowing and carrying out these changes. There will be a meeting after your shift has started to better explain the changes. Meanwhile, answer phones and do your best.

Advice to Senior Management1. Make sure that none of your changes actually take place before teaching the employees how to handle the changes.
2. If you think what the agents say is becoming monotonous, try letting them answer tha phone & respond to customers with some variety.
3. Allow me to answer ALL of the questions on this form. (the following segment only let's me answer 2 of the 5 questions).
