Pros

Great People. Competitive Benefits. Promoting from Within. Great Vacation, sick and floating holiday time.

Cons

Commission cuts constantly. Hundreds of conflicting sales metrics. Stripped away earned seniority. Unfair shift bids every 6 months. Micro-managing foot soldier supervisors. Life/work balance isn't cared for. Asking for overtime when it is slow and not busy.

Advice to Management

Listen to you employees. Keep morale high. Motivate with money and praise instead of talking down to people and making them feel worthless.

    Poor upper management, poor mid level management, management there are poor motivators, lack people skills

    Pros

    good hours,free servies, good
    benifits .sick time .discounts on other goods .not pen on sundays

    Cons

    upper management has no idea what is really important and what is not .Left hand does not know what right hand is doing. Change this for the worse for customers and employees. they do not listen to front counter staff and all that we have to say and know can improve the customers experience with us. never follow through on what needs to be done with certain bad EMPLOYEES not following policys ,,,,, i could go on and on

    Advice to Management

    LISTEN TO FRONT LINE EMPLOYEES instead of people that are in offices all on phones ,computers and have no idea what is really going on
