    Great benefits, Move within the company fast if you apply yourself.

    Cons

    Need more training and the working conditions are not favorable if you work in tech ops. You was advised of that when you applied for the position.

    Pros

    Best health benefits ever. Free phone, internet 30meg free and 100meg for 5$ if you want it, and free cable. oh and free car with gas card.

    Cons

    Pee test for every accident that occurs. You can spit the wrong way and charter will want you to take a pee test.
