Pros

I really liked that by working here, you get free services - cable, internet, phone. Training for new employees was a very good program.

Cons

Needed more organization. Managers were not on the same page often when it comes to procedures. Area for growth could have been better.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Personal growth. Moire meetings to ensure supervisors are on the same page.

    Pros

Almost Free Cable TV, Internet and Phone service for employees.

    Cons

Overstaffed with managers resulting in micro management for all departments. Not a fun place to work since 90% of sales and every other department has unreachable metrics. Most of the team is always on performance improvement plans. They manage by fear of losing your job and expect you to work 16 hour days.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the culture and look to successful cable operators of how to retain employees

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
