I worked at Charter Communications full-time (more than an year)

Pros

I really liked that by working here, you get free services - cable, internet, phone. Training for new employees was a very good program.

Cons

Needed more organization. Managers were not on the same page often when it comes to procedures. Area for growth could have been better.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Personal growth. Moire meetings to ensure supervisors are on the same page.

    Pros

For the most part they provide fair market value as far as compensation.

    Cons

distinct disparity of minorities being promoted beyond supervisor/manager. Very disappointing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Starting holding hiring managers accountable for their blatant disregard of promoting the most experienced candidate.
