    Pros

The organization's mission is solid. Some really dedicated employees.Wonderful clients. Decent salary. Average benefits. Necessary, but painful, changes being made.

    Cons

Despite many attempts to explain, some employees cannot understand why changes have to be made. It seems to be a fight between perceived "do-gooders" and "evil business minded" individuals. The organization cannot continue to be successful without a combination of solid business practices and honoring the mission. This can happen but the opposition to change is palpable. There seems to be more backstabbing than what might be "normal" at other places of business.

    Advice to Management

Management is changing. Some people see recent resignations as a bad thing. Many of us see the value. Keep fighting the good fight. In the end, it will be worth it.
