Micro-management is not always the "go-to" method when the going gets tough. Scripting only kills the creativity of the sales person. Scripts should be used as a guide, not a rule.

    It is a great company to work for. You have great staff and teamwork to help each other out

    Management is not that great. Only there concern is if you need a day off, u need to get a approval.
