I worked at Chase

Pros

Good people to work with
Great benefits
useful resources available(i.e. help desk for HR, IT, or products available)

Cons

Lack of competitive products
You're expected to sale largely on the Chase name vs a complete option for customers
no clear career path

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Little more focus on product development
Give incentive for so supervisors actually want to make a decision
make more realistic policies.

I have been working at Chase

    Pros

The starting salary is pretty good and the benefits were good until they got rid of Kaiser. It is no as cut throat as Wells Fargo.

    Cons

There is no room for growth the management is completely unprofessional, and they say you don't have sales goals but you do and they are ridiculously high!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value your employees and give them a chance to advance in their career! You should also recognize employees for their great work and offer them bonuses!
