I have been working at Chase part-time (more than an year)

Pros

Flexible hours
14 days paid vacation
great hours (7:30am-6:30pm)
Easy to move up in company
Less sales oriented than other banks

Cons

repetitive
can be slow depending on location
commission not as easy to get depending on location
only receive salary increase once a year and typically only 5% of current salary

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more aggressive towards pushing employees to move up
Give tellers more to do if not busy

    work like a donkey. the location was/is super busy
