I have been working at Chase part-time for less than a year

Pros

I had very cool manager to work with so I loved my experience there. We didn't have a script and part time paid vacation is always awesome.

Cons

Stand all day. Stressful job because I worked at a very busy bank center.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be a A-hole, appreciate your tellers.

    Pay is OK, but it's like pulling teeth to move up.

    Cons

    The mamagers are not really educated. It's about who you know.

    Go back to school and get more training..
