I have been working at Chase full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

You are working for a stable and very popular bank. Have the opportunity to make a decent living with good benefits if you can build relationships and promote the value of Chase to customers. If you like retail banking their are opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

It's retail banking so every employee needs to be there for things to run smoothly. So call offs are not okay. It's customer focused so you have to meet your sales goals and take care of customer issues, which can waste the time you need to reach your goals. Footprint in cleveland is small.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop micro-managing, create a better incentive plan and tailor banker and branch goals based on each individual branches capablities.
