I have been working at Chase full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Company is very thourough and goal oriented. In terms of Job security it's one of the best places to work.

Cons

Salary changes for upward mobility is a uncertain process. One can get promoted but not receive an increase.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

If the employees are producing, take care of them before offering more to an unproven candidate.

    Excellent work enviroment and training. Everything you need to know to be sucessful is given to you. However, you have to do your best , apply the knowledge and seek for opportunities to succeed.
