Pros

Competitive Pay on salary and monthly commission on top of that. The pay is really clear cut so there is no hidden disclosures. Company is very oriented toward the customer experience so most customers are happy.

Cons

Slightly longer hours then other banks. Caps on incentives for certain positions. Large company so promotions can take a while because of so many candidates competing for position.

    Pros

Great pay, bonuses, benefits, hours and overtime. Money can be made... if you have VERY VERY thick skin.

    Cons

Management is comprised of morally empty people. Employees are treated like children, and are afraid of losing their jobs.. The use of antidepressants is common among employees. I witnessed 2 employees removed by ambulance within 10 months with nervous breakdowns. Horrible experience.

Everything is about the customer experience at the expense of the employees because you are easily replaceable.

    Pros

The job is very easy. If you are at a busy branch you will make money if you are proactive.

    Cons

If you are slow you will cold call all day. The only way to make money is through walk in traffic. If you are not at a high traffic branch, good luck! You get sick days but your in trouble if you use them. They want you to come in early and stay late everyday then question you why you have overtime.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management has know idea what goes on in the branches. They have such high expectations that are not possible unless you are at a busy branch. If you want to move up in the company your wasting your time. They already have a plan on who they want and will interview you to blow smoke, but 100% of the time they already have someone picked before you even get your interview. This has been said by multiple managers! They claim the position is 18-24 months, but your really looking at 3-5 years.
