Pros

Great benefits, room for advancement, bonuses are nice. With the right amount of dedication you can get far in the company.

Cons

Management style at my particular location sub par. Service position also driven towards sales goals. Every man for themselves attitude.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Care more for employees, or atleast pretend to.

    Pros

    great opportunity to move up within retail locations.
    Great insurance plans, 401k, etc.
    Pay was great
    For someone without a degree, there are still opportunities.
    great bonuses

    Cons

    constant turnover, lack of management knowledge, unrealistic customer service standards and goals. There is a huge push for customer service, and sometimes these goals are unrealistic.
