Good place to start working

Bank Teller (Current Employee)
New York, NY

ProsA great place for a college student to start working and get his feet wet in financials and learning customer service skills. Decent pay and benefits.

ConsHard to get advancement, while chase does offer opportunities to advance from lets say teller to a banker, you have to play politics and proactively go out of your way to connect yourself with managers.

Advice to Senior ManagementAllow for better and easier ways of promotion

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
