I have been working at Chase full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Excellent training. Supportive management and a strong company reputation. The branch staff were all team players, were more than willing to help someone new to the business. All in all, it was a very positive experience. I am looking to rejoin the firm upon graduation.

Cons

There were no cons, really.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I felt the management was top notch. They were involved with the employees on a day to day basis. They knew how to resolve customer issues promptly leaving customers satisfied and happy to remain a client.

I have been working at Chase full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great hours and pay. There is a good work/life balance and the benefits package is top tier. There is potential to move into different sectors of the company once tenure is achieved. This is an ideal company to work for straight out of college

    Cons

Company is too big for it's own good. Management lacks leadership skills. The mortgage operations team lacks accountability and basic knowledge and skills of the industry. Lastly, the Chase blue attire HAS to go.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Communicate better

I have been working at Chase full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

They do provide best training and development, this is an easy job depending on location. if you are in the right place, you are be able to earn over 70k even 100k a year.

    Cons

Location is everything. To be reality, manager instead of supporting, they tend to be the more pressure over here. You have to learn how to DEAL WITH stress!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To be reality on the branch level, choose the numbers of workers. A low traffic branch should place few banker instead of over hired.
