I worked at Chase full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

Great benefits, good co-workers. Company is great on helping out the community.

Cons

Favoritism amongst some groups and also amongst management if you are a newbie. Atmosphere is a bit cliquish, but then which company in corporate America isn't? It's sink or swim...

Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you value your employee, don't show favoritism

I have been working at Chase full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Income potential, strength of company, 401k, benefits, technology, trying to improve employee and customer experience.

    Cons

micro manage, regulations, standard corporate bs

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Numbers are not the only thing that drives people. stop letting your most talented people leave to work for other banks because you don't show you value them. Have your manager's take a personal interest in their team and help them gain the skills to advance. STOP micro managing!!! You would be surprised what some people could accomplish if you gave them the resources, knowledge, treated them with respect and let them off the leash.
