I have been working at Chase full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great Incentive Plan
    Nice Uniforms
    Awesome Technology

    Cons

    Micro Managed
    Pressured Sales
    Long Hours (not bankers hours)
Favoritism is HUGE... Managers will give sales or checking accts to the bankers they love!
    Not flexible with schedule
Give you a hard time if your sick
Don't talk to co-workers when it's slow, you will get in trouble and be told to make cold calls
    Not a FAMILY atmosphere
Annual reviews don't reflect how you work... My manager told me that my review sucked because he got a bad review!!!!!
Harassment in the work place is tolerated
Stealing money will not get you prosecuted (what a joke)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire Managers based on their ability to manage a staff & produce sales! Don't just hire someone as a manager because they are the top banker in the district, that doesn't necessarily mean they will be able to RUN A WHOLE BRANCH!!

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
