Pros

Started as a s all local company, offers decent start up pay, growing fast, many different departments for job opportunities.

Cons

Loans at high rate to people who are living paycheck to paycheck and sometimes can't afford to pay them back.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give positive feedback to your employees, offer opportunity for advancement, pay attention to employee suggestions, give them a decent raise.

    Pros

    bonus program,advancement,experience in customer service

    Cons

    Low pay,no scheduled raises,field calls which are dangerous,need better methods in regard to cash coming in and out of the center(security)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Your company needs to stop always putting customer first in regarding to an issue that arises with a customer. I have seen my share of employees fired because corporate chose to believe the customer over the employee. Sometimes the customer is not always right!

    plenty of hours
    great for networking and working with a diverse crowd of people
    great for learning leadership skills
    many advancement opportunities

    Cons

    Long Hours
    Unreasonable Deadlines and Marketing Expectations
    Must travel for monthly meetings
    high turnover rate
    inadequate training for new employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Visit the areas where stores are before providing expectations.
    Provide better training for new employees.
    Deadlines should be on a per store per employee basis.
