Slow, reactionary company in many ways, not enough innovations. No marketing what so ever. Sales engineers have to career growth neither are they respected. The business model is for sales engineers to stay for couple of years and then leave dis-satisfied with the support provided by the management.

Need to invest in marketing and support operations. Provide career growth to employees.
