Check Point Software – “Check Point Survives Despite Itself”
Pros
Company pays for lunch and delivery.
Cons
Poor communication between groups. No communication from upper management regarding company strategy. Information shared and disseminated throughout the company only on a select, need-to-know basis.
Advice to Senior Management
It's time to reinvent this company.
