PAY is laughable. $12 to be a branch manager with OT cut and Bonuses Not Attainable!
Want you to produce more with less. Expectations are a joke. Want you to do strategic marketing and run store, managment duties with minimal employee hours. Offered an Executive Training position with a fortune 200; double the pay and a lot less responsabilites. WANT MORE AND GIVE YOU SCRAPS!

    Pros

    When you are left alone, it is great. No one looking down your shoulder. Can move up the ladder to district or regional manager without no degrees and only 6 month experience being a manager. Manager and customer service rep position is the exact same thing, just the title tells you how many hours you will work.

    Cons

    , when no CSR, you work 60+ hours per week. Must buy your uniforms from company, they do not provide sufficient training. 2 Store managers told me not to listen to Regional Managers Training Guide as they tried it and doesn't work. I received 3 days training instead of 2 full weeks training.

    Advice to Management

    Give your Manager some slack and explain what they do wrong instead of firing people when they are not trained.

    Pros

    Managers are off most weekends

    Cons

    Unrealistic expectations. Unsafe, in the store alone 95% of the time. Expect many future store closings with law changes, like the ones in Texas. The company will not let thier employees know until the last possible minute.
