Current Employee - Store Manager

I have been working at Check 'n Go full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Sunday's off and nothing else

Cons

60 hour work weeks, high expectations for new customer, reactivated customers, average loans, extra work load that isn't on the books, etc. They want you to do more and pay less for what you do. They hold the store manager responsible for lack of growth and yet, the company does nothing to promote that growth themselves. No radio, television or newspaper ads to help promote their company, and they want to hold YOU responsible for it when they just don't come. Really poor upper level management, most of them with backgrounds in failed or failing companies, it's no wonder why this company sucks.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your managers and CSR's more, they are in the battle fields and know what's capable of being done, not your upper management who never leaves home but 1-2 times a month or quarter.
