    Pros

    Discount on food. Cool people to work with.

    Cons

    The management acts decent to your face, but they will throw you out on your butt without hesitation. No one respects each other and they are all in it for themselves. Have seen more than one person thrown under the bus for someone else's mistakes. Everyone protects themselves to the higher ups.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Wake up and smell the coffee. Every time you come to a market, or visit a restaurant we know way ahead of time. Stop playing favorites and actually lead. PS: Yelling and threatening is not management.

    I have been working at Checkers Drive-In part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Flexible scheduling with school and life issues that pop up. Discounts on meals are definitely a plus.

    Cons

    Management is rude and constantly berating employees for their mistakes. Working is extremely stressful when one person has to do the job of two people whilst ensuring the quality of service expected.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management needs to learn to speak to employees with respect and understanding. Constant yelling and insulting an employee in another language whilst they are working is not ok.
