    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Cheeseburger in Paradise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I cannot think of one. The people are nice, other employees that is, not management.

    Cons

No sick days. If you call in sick you risk getting fired immediately. No benefits, no praise, only negative insults aimed at you from management. Management will make your sections smaller, give you extra sidework and generally make it so you will not make any money if they think you cross them. They keep everyone under 32 hours a week so they do not have to pay benefits. This company also makes you tip out 3% of your sales back to the restaurant.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better and your business will flourish.
