Current Employee – been working at Cheesecake Factory

Pros – Good benefits, high volume, good food, nice environment, great co-workers, most managers are great to work with, number of employees make it easy to get time off

Cons – Very poor tip percentage towards the end of the night. Business is very sparatic and it is very hard to predict business and income

Advice to Senior Management – Company mandated bi-annual employee evaluations to allow for correction of shortcomings and for personal growth are a must; In such a large restaurant where employees do not get individual time with workgroup managers the 10 minutes every 6 months can make a world of difference for the restaurant as a whole
