I have been working at Cheesecake Factory part-time (less than a year)

Pros

when you sit down and do the math, the pay is grate. You average about 20 dollars a hour on a above average, and the highs outnumber the lows.

Cons

extreme favoritism is shown to the people that are more physically attractive. Pretty petite females often get the best sections on the best nights, while they continue to miss run food, and fail to do side work. Management picks and chooses what rules they want to follow when it suits them best.
