Horrible Treatment of Employees

Food Server (Current Employee) Indianapolis, IN

ProsNone. Place was ok until the management switched.

ConsSince the switch in management employees are not given a chance to earn their living. Management reduced the amount of tables given to the server. The official reason was "to increase customer satisfaction" The majority of people quit due to reduction in wage and new people were hired to replace them. Everyone is pissed on the current system, one can be called upon to work for 2-3 hours per day earning $15. This is worse than McDonalds where people earn steady wages. Also server has to do side work which he is getting paid $2-$3/hr after taxes those two bucks are not making it to paychecks, so you are practically paying for doing work for them. Just stay away from this place!

Advice to Senior ManagementHire competent smart people, instead of your golf buddies. You are hurting the company by hiring people that don't know anything about management and business in general. This comes from MBA student.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
